Cindy Edwards - Cindy is the Team Leader and she is the Tennessee Association of Realtors 2008 Convention Chair and the 2007-2008 CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) State President and 2009 State CRS member of the year. She adores her teenage daughter who is an incoming freshman at University of Tennessee! She's learning to be a Vols fan!!! .Recycling is a passion, she loves animals, hiking, stain glass and is devoted to causes that are bigger than all of us.

An extensive knowledge of the local market, Northeast Tennessee real estate, combined with targeted marketing strategies are just a few of Cindy's greatest assets. Her winning philosophy shows in the impact she has made on her clients and community. A full time agent since 1994, she is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and winner of Womens Council of Realtorsฎ "State Member of the Year Award" in 2005, And 2010 Local WCR Member of the Year. Rich Riesz - Realtor
I grew up in Sarasota, Florida. I then spent 2 years in Englewood, and 7 years in Naples, where I met and married my wife in 1995. We have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. We moved to Johnson City in 2000, after falling in love with the area during a visit. It took 9 years to convince them, but I now have a brother, sister, and their families up here with us. I am active in our church, serving in youth ministry and short term missions. I enjoy Golf, travel, hiking with family, skiing, boating, hanging out with my 15 year old, and spending time with my wife and family.

I have almost 30 years in retail management, assuming many roles... Hiring and training managers, site selection, recruiting pharmacist and managers, market leadership(mentoring), and overseeing the day to day operations of a multi-million dollar operation. I look forward to bringing the work ethic and discipline that brought success in that arena, to my business as a real estate professional.

Cara Watson - Client Care Manager
Cara moved here from Georgia 11 years ago. As a stay at home mom,she enjoyed spending her time with her 2 small children and husband. In the summer of 2006, Cindy approached Cara as becoming her assistant. Since the kids were in preschool at that time, it worked out well. Cara has been working with Cindy for several years now and has truly enjoyed the ins and outs of the real estate business and helping clients reach their goals of home ownership.

Erica Phillips - Website Marketing
Erica joined our team in Spring 2011. She attends East Tennessee State University and is interning in our office part time. She enjoys creative writing and brings a punch of youthful energy to our team.



Samantha Reece - Website Marketing
Samantha joined our team in Summer 2012. She graduated from Johnson County High school in the top 10% of her class and is very involved in the marketing aspect of SELLabrate Real Estate Team. Samantha goes to East Tennessee State University and is studying business. She is a fantastic fit to our team and we are proud to introduce her to the Tri-Cities and real estate. She is planning on getting her license next spring so she can assist in all aspects of the team.
